GREENS Madan Estate, Papua New Guinea. Great for beginners and more advanced home roasters alike. This is a very forgiving coffee that will delight those who love big body, low-acidity coffees. This coffee, more than all the other greens we offer, can stand being pushed into second crack and still have something viable to offer (although we generally stop it, at the latest, at the first kisses of second). Delivers a low-toned punch to any espresso blend.
