Ranging from 5319-6154 ft, the Edlina Microlot is one of the older microlots that comprise Finca Vista Hermosa. The lot is heavily wooded with Inga and Cypress trees as it travels straight up the side of a mountain. The coffee from this microlot is crisp with great acidity, yet retains that classic minerality for which FVH is renowned, with lovely notes of salted caramel as it cools.
